Denise Lee is not your ordinary realtor. A licensed real estate agent since 1994, Denise started as an office manager for a busy Northern Virginia real estate team. After two and a half years she became a buyers agent and helped many families find their dream home. Her knowledge of the market, unique negotiating skills and ability to listen and ascertain exactly what the client wants are a few of the strengths she brings to the table when helping clients navigate the many twists and turns of the homebuying and selling process.
Denise also worked as a licensed settlement agent who helped run several title companies and brings her knowledge of the sometimes complicated and always interesting settlement process with her as an added bonus for her clients. With her extensive network of mortgage specialists, home inspectors, contractors and real estate professionals, Denise has the back up support and the answers you need to make a well thought out decision.
In her spare time, Denise enjoys reading, gardening and trips to Southern California, as well as exploring and discussing the many historical areas of Virginia, especially those associated with the Lees of Virginia, who are family ancestors.
